What Then?

We will send you your personalised proposal by email and your Holiday Specialist will work with you to fine tune the itinerary to best meet your requirements and answer any further questions you may have.

Then if you are ready to proceed with your booking we will make the necessary arrangements and once confirmed a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your arrangements.  This deposit is generally NZ$200 per person, but may vary depending on the type of holiday purchased.  The exact deposit amount will be advised at time of booking.

Full and final payment will then be required no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.  If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.  Please note that should you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.  Our preferred payment methods are by Telegraphic Bank Transfer directly into our account or Online via our secure server by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).  Please note that credit card facilitation fees may apply.
